ViewSonic today announced the launch of the VG28 series LCD monitors with Energy Star 5.0 and EPEAT certifications.VG28 series LCD monitors saves more space than the current monitors and its ECO mode saves up to 30% of average power consumption. The monitors will be available in 20 inches to 27 inches size. Currently the new VG28 series contains 20 inches VG2028wm, 22 inches (22.5 inches viewable) VG2228wm, 24 inches (23.5” viewable) VG2428wm  and 27 inches VG2728wm  models.

All models in the VG28 series saves space and offers height adjust, swivel and tilt functions and come with inbuilt stereo speakers. Additionally, the 24 inches VG2428wm and 27 inches VG2728wm will offer a 90° pivot to allow for portrait or landscape viewing. Several input options with DVI and VGA as well as a 2-port USB hub (4-port USB hub and HDMI input for the 27” VG2728wm) are available in these monitors. The VG28 series LCD monitors delivers maximum resolution of 1600×900 (VG2028wm) and 1920×1080 (VG2228wm, VG2428wm and VG2728wm)

20 inches VG2028wm and 24 inches (23.5” viewable) VG2428wm are now valuable in the market while rest models will be available in July.
