Logitech International today announce Wireless Desktop MK710, Keyboard – Mice Combo, the first keyboard-and-mouse with up to three years of battery life for keyboard, mouse as well as Logitech Unifying receiver.

MK710 features with Logitech Incurve keys, concave keys with softly-rounded edges for better control over keys and Sculpted mouse with hyper fast scrolling. Keyboard features with cushioned palm rest and LCD dashboard which displays statues of battery as well as Caps Lock, Scroll Lock and Num Lock status while typing.

At the announcement of MK710, Rory Dooley, Logitech’s senior vice president and general manager of the Control Devices business unit said, “No one thinks about changing batteries until they have to, but when that time comes, it can stop you in your tracks. With its industry-first three-year battery life for a combo, you might just forget the Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 uses batteries at all.”

Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 features with Logitech Unifying receiver, a tiny Built with Logitech Advanced 2.4 GHz wireless connectivity with 128-bit AES encryption. Logitech Unifying receiver is smaller than most coins, no need to unplug it. Also it also works with up to six devices.

The Logitech Wireless Desktop MK710 is expected to be available in Europe beginning in February 2010 and in the U.S. beginning in April 2010, for a suggested retail price of 99.99 USD (Approx Rs.4500).
