LG Electronics has launched the LG Cookie Pep (LG GD510) also called as Cookie Pop in Indian market. LG Cookie Pep is a 3 inch full touch screen phone features with fun apps, social networking and other multimedia features as well as 3.15 MP camera. Phone is designed targeting youth around the world. John Abraham, Genelia D’Souza and Abhay Deol are the Brand Ambassadors of LG India.
At the India launch, Sudhin Mathur, Business Head, Mobile Communications, LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. said, “The all new LG Cookie Pep is in line with our strategy of introducing innovative gadgets and connecting with the youth through relatable propositions. As the name suggests, the phone will enable our young mobile users to have an unordinary fun experience. I am positive that this phone will be an instant hit with the youngsters”
LG uses brushed aluminum in this phone. Cookie Pep comes with 3.0 inches TFT resistive touch screen with accelerometer sensor for gaming and screen rotation while browsing web, videos and pictures. Phone has 42 MB internal memory and micro SD expandable card slot, Stereo FM radio with RDS and Facebook, MySpace, Twitter integration for social networking.
LG Cookie Pep will be available in month of March at a retail price tag of Rs. 7,500.
