Research In Motion (RIM) announce the availability of BlackBerry Tour smart phone in Indian market at a retail price tag of. Rs. 27,990, the phone will be available with Tata Teleservices Limited and Reliance mobile.
The BlackBerry Tour smart phone includes premium phone features such as voice activated dialing, enhanced background noise cancellation, a low-distortion speakerphone, and Bluetooth support for hands-free headsets, stereo headsets and car kits. It also offers easy access to popular social networking and IM services with applications available for Facebook, MySpace, Yahoo! Messenger, AIM, Google Talk, Windows Live Messenger and BlackBerry Messenger. Moreover it offers the industry’s leading push email service, allowing customers to access up to 10 supported personal and corporate email accounts, including most popular ISP email accounts from a BlackBerry smart phone.
